1. The service
We convert bank statement PDFs into spreadsheet files. You upload a statement, we extract its transactions, and you download the result as XLSX or CSV.
2. Credits
One credit converts one page. Credits are bought in one-time packs and do not expire. There is no subscription. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
3. What you are charged for
Credits are deducted when you unlock a converted file for download, not when you upload it. One unlock covers both export formats for that file. A file that fails to convert is never charged.
4. Refunds
Because a failure costs you nothing, there is normally nothing to refund. If credits were deducted for a file you could not download, contact us and we will return them. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
5. Accuracy
Every conversion is checked against the statement’s own printed balances and you are told whether that check passed. We never adjust a figure to make a check pass. A passing check is strong evidence the extraction is complete, but it is not a guarantee, and the output is not a substitute for your own review. Do not rely on it for filing, audit or legal purposes without checking it against the original.
6. Your files
You must have the right to upload the statements you convert. Uploads and generated files are deleted 24 hours after conversion — see the privacy page.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as merchant of record for every sale.
