Chase Statement Questions

Which Chase statements work?
All of them. Chase Total Checking, savings, Business Complete Banking and credit card statements are handled the same way, because there are no per-bank or per-product templates to maintain.
Can I convert several months at once?
Yes. Drop in a whole folder of statements and they convert in parallel, each producing its own spreadsheet. You are charged per page, and a file that fails costs nothing.
Do scanned or photographed statements work?
Yes. Scanned pages are read as images, the same as digital ones. There is no separate OCR step to configure and no extra charge.
How do I know the numbers are right?
Every conversion is checked against the statement's own printed balances. If it reconciles you see a green badge; if it does not, you are told exactly how far apart the figures are rather than being given a silent guess.
What happens to my statement after conversion?
Your uploaded PDF and the spreadsheets we produce are deleted 24 hours after conversion. Deletion is enforced by a job that runs on a timer, not a policy line we promise to honour.
