How accurate is the conversion?
Every conversion is checked against the statement's own printed balances: opening balance plus credits minus debits must equal the closing balance, and the running-balance column must validate row by row. If it reconciles you get a green badge. If it does not, you are told by how much — we never adjust a number to make a check pass.
Do scanned PDFs work?
Yes. Scanned and photographed statements are read as images, the same as digital ones. There is no separate OCR step to configure and no price difference.
Which banks are supported?
All of them. There are no per-bank templates to maintain, so a statement from a bank we have never seen is handled the same way as a common one — in any language, in any layout.
What happens to my files?
Your uploads and the spreadsheets we produce are deleted 24 hours after you convert them, and you can delete them yourself the moment you are done — there is a Delete my files button on every finished conversion. Deletion is enforced by a job that runs on a timer, not a policy we promise to follow.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits are bought once and stay on your account until you use them. There is no subscription and no monthly reset.
What if a file fails?
A file that fails to convert is never charged. You only spend credits when you unlock a finished result, so a failure costs you nothing.
